Edited by Jason Didner

These didn't come from me — they came from you. (Well, almost. I'll confess to one: "I'm alive, I can hear the blood sugar in my veins" from Ghosts. We all have our moments.)
Yesterday I posted in the Spring-Nuts group asking fellow fans to share their greatest misheard Bruce lyrics. The response blew me away. The comments came pouring in, and they were so funny, so weirdly relatable, and so full of the kind of joyful fandom that makes this community special, that I couldn't let them just scroll off into the Facebook void.
So I collected them, organized them by song, and put them somewhere more permanent. Consider this a little love letter back to the group — a reminder that we've all been confidently singing the wrong words for decades, and we're all better for it.
No strings attached. Just Spring-Nuts being Spring-Nuts.
